The U-Pol Raptor Tintable 4L Kit is a rugged, durable urethane coating system designed for a wide range of automotive and industrial applications. This tintable version allows users to customize the finish with a basecoat color of their choice, making it ideal for bed liners, chassis, trailers, and more. Providing excellent UV, chemical, and abrasion resistance, the Raptor system is trusted in harsh environments for both performance and aesthetics.

• Kit Contents: Includes 4 x 750ml tintable Raptor bottles and 1 x 1L hardener.
• Usage: Designed for application over metal, fiberglass, wood, and plastic surfaces. Typically applied as a protective coating for truck beds, off-road vehicles, agricultural equipment, and marine surfaces.
• Customizable Color: Tintable formulation allows addition of standard solvent-based basecoat color (not included).
• Chemistry: Urethane-based formulation; highly resistant to UV, abrasion, and chemicals.
• Application: Can be applied using a Schutz gun, HVLP gun with appropriate tip, or roller. Mix ratio is 3:1 (Raptor to hardener). Pot life approximately 60 minutes once mixed.
• Coverage: Approximately 12 square meters per 4L kit, depending on surface texture and application method.
• Curing Time: Air dry to touch in 1–2 hours; full cure in 5–7 days under normal conditions.
• Safety: Contains isocyanates; proper PPE including respiratory protection is required. Use in a well-ventilated area or with proper extraction.
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place between 5°C and 25°C. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and moisture. Shelf life approximately 12 months from manufacture date when unopened.
• Environmental: Solvent-based product; must be disposed of in accordance with local hazardous waste regulations.
