The U-Pol Raptor Black 4L Kit is a tough, durable protective coating designed for a wide range of surfaces where resilience and protection are critical. Ideal for automotive truck beds, chassis, off-road vehicles, and more, this polyurethane-based coating provides excellent UV resistance, abrasion protection, and chemical resistance with a textured black finish.

• Kit Contents: Includes 4 x 750ml Raptor Black Coating bottles and 1 x 1L hardener.
• Application: Designed for automotive and industrial use; commonly used to protect truck bed liners, off-road vehicles, trailers, and metal surfaces. Can be applied with a spray gun, roller, or brush.
• Composition: High-performance 2K polyurethane-based coating.
• Finish: Textured black finish with strong adhesion properties to metals, plastics, and prepared surfaces.
• Mixing Ratio: 3:1 ratio of coating to hardener by volume.
• Cure Time: Touch dry in 1 hour at 20°C; fully cured in 5–7 days depending on conditions.
• Coverage: Approximately 12m² per kit depending on application method and surface texture.
• Safety: Contains isocyanates; use appropriate PPE and adequate ventilation during application. Not recommended for use without respiratory protection.
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place between 5°C and 25°C. Avoid direct sunlight and freezing conditions.
