U-Pol Raptor Black 1L Kit (1x 750ml + 1x 240ml Hardener)

The U-Pol Raptor Black 1L Kit is a tough, durable protective coating designed for automotive, industrial, and marine applications. This 2-part urethane system provides a textured finish that resists abrasion, corrosion, UV damage, and solvents, making it ideal for truck beds, chassis, off-road vehicles, and more.

• Kit Contents: 1 x 750ml Raptor Black Urethane Coating + 1 x 240ml Hardener
• Application: Can be applied directly to prepared metal, plastic, wood, and fiberglass surfaces. Surface must be clean, dry, and free from rust or contaminants. For best adhesion, use U-Pol Acid #8 Etch Primer or similar primer as required.
• Chemical Composition: Two-component urethane-based system.
• Coverage: Approximately 3 square meters per litre depending on texture and application method.
• Application Tools: Can be sprayed through a standard Schutz applicator gun, HVLP spray gun with appropriate tip (1.7–2.0 mm), or roller for specific textures.
• Dry Time: Touch dry in 1 hour. Fully cured in 5–7 days. Can be recoated within 1 hour of application.
• Safety & Handling: Contains isocyanates—use only with proper PPE in well-ventilated areas. Consult the SDS prior to use. Dispose of materials according to local hazardous waste regulations.
• Storage: Store upright between 5°C and 25°C. Keep away from sunlight, moisture, and sources of ignition. Shelf life: 12 months in unopened packaging.
