Octoral Octobase Eco Plus is a waterborne basecoat system that meets the VOC-requirements in combination with a VOC-complaint HS Clear Coat. The system consists of a full range of mixing colours that enables you to mix metallic, pearl and solid colours. A very simple application technique will provide a good end result. By means of a sophisticated colour retrieval system connected to an electronic weighing scale, colours can be found and mixed quickly. - Product Type: Octoral W157 Transparent Maroon is a waterbase tinter designed for use within the Octoral Octobase Eco Plus mixing system.
- Colour: Transparent Maroon – suitable for creating or adjusting metallic, pearl, or solid automotive finish colours.
- Volume: Supplied in a 1-litre container.
- Application: For professional use in automotive refinishing. Must be combined with other Octobase Eco Plus mixing colours and applied over properly prepared substrates. Suitable for metal surfaces typically found in vehicle bodies.
- System Compatibility: Part of the Octoral Octobase Eco Plus waterborne basecoat system; must be used in combination with compatible products such as VOC-compliant HS clear coats for a complete finish.
- Composition: Waterborne formula – low in volatile organic compounds (VOCs), making it more environmentally friendly and compliant with current environmental standards.
- Environmental & Safety: VOC-compliant when used as directed. Ensure adequate ventilation during application, and follow all safety guidelines on label and SDS. Dispose of unused product and containers in accordance with local regulations.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area. Keep container tightly closed and protected from frost and direct sunlight. Recommended storage temperature: 15°C to 25°C.
