Octoral Octobase Eco Plus is a waterborne basecoat system that meets the VOC-requirements in combination with a VOC-complaint HS Clear Coat. The system consists of a full range of mixing colours that enables you to mix metallic, pearl and solid colours. A very simple application technique will provide a good end result. By means of a sophisticated colour retrieval system connected to an electronic weighing scale, colours can be found and mixed quickly. - Product Description: Octoral W02 Xirallic Blue is a high-performance automotive water-based tinter, specifically designed for use within the Octoral Octobase Eco Plus mixing system. It delivers vibrant, pearlescent blue coloration with exceptional color depth and brilliance.
- Volume: 500ml container, ideal for controlled use in professional refinish applications.
- System Compatibility: Only to be used with the Octoral Octobase Eco Plus waterborne basecoat system. Not suitable for standalone application.
- Base Type: Waterborne formulation – low VOC emissions and compliant with current environmental regulations when used as part of a complete VOC-compliant system.
- Application Type: Suitable for creating metallic, pearl, and solid color finishes on automotive surfaces. Use with a compatible HS VOC-compliant Clear Coat for final finishing.
- Colour Properties: Contains Xirallic pigments – advanced pearlescent materials offering dynamic color effects depending on lighting and angle of view.
- Mixing Instructions: To be used strictly according to formulations provided in the Octoral digital color retrieval system. Requires electronic scale for precise mixing.
- Storage Recommendations: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area. Protect from freezing and direct sunlight. Recommended storage temperature: 5°C to 35°C.
- Safety & Handling: Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including gloves and respiratory protection when handling. Avoid skin and eye contact. Refer to SDS for full safety guidance.
- Environmental Compliance: Complies with European VOC regulations when used within the Octobase Eco Plus system. Dispose of in accordance with local hazardous waste regulations.
