The Octocryl System is a two-component (2K) topcoat system that is high gloss, excellent durability and easy to apply. 1 x 2K Tinter for Octoral Octocryl Mixing Scheme.
- Product Type: Octoral A60 Octocryl System Leadfree Yellow Orange is a 2K (two-component) acrylic topcoat tinter used within the Octoral Octocryl Mixing Scheme.
- Color: Lead-free Yellow Orange – designed to deliver vivid, high-gloss finishes with excellent color accuracy and depth.
- Volume: Supplied in a 1-liter container.
- Application: Intended for professional use in the automotive refinishing industry as part of a 2K topcoat system. Must be combined with a hardener/activator and reducer according to Octoral Octocryl mixing ratios.
- Surface Suitability: Suitable for application over properly prepared and primed metal substrates, OEM finishes, and previously painted surfaces.
- Composition: Solvent-based acrylic formulation. Does not contain lead pigments, making it compliant with lead-free environmental standards.
- Finish: Delivers a high-gloss, durable automotive finish with superior UV and weather resistance when used as directed.
- Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight. Ideal storage temperature is between 15°C and 25°C (59°F to 77°F). Keep container tightly closed when not in use.
- Health & Safety: Contains organic solvents – flammable and may cause irritation. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators, gloves, and eye protection. Ensure adequate ventilation during application. Dispose of in accordance with local hazardous waste regulations.
