- Product Description: Octoral A01 Octocryl System Fleet Additive is a dedicated additive designed for use with the Octoral Octocryl 2K (two-component) high-gloss topcoat system. Tailored specifically for automotive and commercial fleet refinishing applications, it enhances flow, application performance and overall surface finish.
- Volume: Supplied in a 3.5L container, suitable for professional body shops and high-volume spraying operations.
- Application: This additive is formulated to be mixed with Octoral Octocryl System topcoats. It should not be used as a standalone product. Follow manufacturer-specific mix ratios and instructions within the Octocryl system guidelines.
- Compatibility: Designed for use with Octoral 2K topcoat systems. Not compatible with other paint systems unless specified by the manufacturer.
- Surface Use: Intended for application over properly prepared and primed automotive metal surfaces and panels, including those on commercial vehicles and fleet equipment.
- Composition: Solvent-based formulation. Contains volatile organic compounds (VOCs); users should refer to the relevant Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for full hazardous component disclosures.
- Environmental & Safety: Use only in well-ventilated areas or professional spray booths equipped with appropriate extraction. Contains solvents—flammable. Dispose of unused material and containers in accordance with local regulations. Personal protective equipment (PPE), such as gloves and respirators, is recommended during use.
- Storage Instructions: Store in a tightly closed container in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. Avoid exposure to heat sources, open flames, and direct sunlight. Recommended storage temperature: 5°C to 35°C.
