- Product Type: Nexa P425-992 Shining Coarse Aluminium is a tinter component used in the Nexa Autocolor 2K mixing scheme.
- Volume: Supplied in a 3.5L container.
- System Compatibility: Designed for use in the Nexa Autocolor P422-line (basecoat) and P420-line (2K direct gloss) acrylic systems.
- Primary Use: Used as a colorant to formulate accurate aluminium metallic automotive finishes. Suitable for basecoat and single-stage topcoat applications depending on system line.
- Finish Characteristics: Provides metallic flake effect with a coarse aluminium shine for a premium aesthetic. Typically used in refinishing jobs requiring metallic color effects.
- Surface Suitability: Designed for use on properly prepared and primed automotive metal surfaces. Requires appropriate base color and clearcoat in most applications.
- Composition: Acrylic-based colorant; contains aluminium metallic pigments and solvents. Intended for professional use only.
- Application Method: Must be mixed with other components from the Nexa mixing system and sprayed via conventional or HVLP spray equipment in a controlled spray booth environment.
- Storage Requirements: Store in a tightly sealed container in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight. Recommended storage temperature: 5°C to 35°C.
