MAXMEYER® is extending its mid-tier Clearcoat range introducing the new HS Clear 0320. This new acrylic 2 component clearcoat has been designed for use over AQUAMAX® Waterborne basecoat.
The new VOC Compliant Clearcoat is suitable for all general collision types of repair and it gives a fast 15min drying process at 60 °C.
HS Clear 0320 has easy application, good polishing and it delivers excellent final appearance over waterborne basecoats.
- Product Description: Max Meyer 0320 Clearcoat is a high solid (HS), two-component acrylic clearcoat formulated specifically for automotive refinishing applications. It is designed for use over AQUAMAX® Waterborne basecoats and offers excellent gloss and appearance.
- Volume: Supplied in a 5-litre container, ideal for medium to high-volume body shop use.
- Application: Suitable for all types of general collision repair. Provides ease of application with excellent flow and leveling characteristics. For optimal results, apply in a clean, dust-free environment.
- Dry Time: Fast drying process – cures in just 15 minutes at 60°C (140°F), allowing for quick turnaround times in high-efficiency repair operations.
- Compatibility: Specifically developed to be applied over AQUAMAX® Waterborne basecoats. Not recommended for use over solvent-based basecoats.
- Finish Quality: Offers excellent final appearance with high gloss and superior polishability, reducing time spent on post-processing.
- VOC Compliance: VOC-compliant product, meeting environmental standards for reduced emissions in compliance with EU regulations.
- Composition: Acrylic-based, 2K system requiring activation with a compatible MaxMeyer hardener (not included).
- Storage and Handling: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from heat and direct sunlight. Keep container tightly closed when not in use. Shelf life is typically 24 months when stored correctly.
- Safety and Disposal: Contains solvents – use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during use. Dispose in accordance with local hazardous waste regulations.
