Max Meyer 0200 is a 2K high solid clear coat which displays excellent flowing capabilities, quick drying and polishing, hardness and gloss. Use with Max Meyer 4000 (Slow) / Max Meyer 6000 (Fast) / Max Meyer 8000 (Extra Fast) Hardeners. Mixing Ratio: 2:1 with 0-10% thinners

• Product Description: Max Meyer 0200 Clearcoat is a premium 2K high solids (HS) clear coat designed for automotive refinishing applications. It provides excellent flow, high gloss, and durability after curing, ensuring a superior finish for professional body shops.
• Volume: Supplied in a 5-litre container.
• Application: Suitable for use on basecoated automotive surfaces. Must be applied over properly prepared and cured basecoat layers.
• Mixing Ratio: Mix 2 parts Max Meyer 0200 Clearcoat with 1 part of a compatible Max Meyer hardener (4000 - Slow, 6000 - Fast, or 8000 - Extra Fast). Optional addition of 0-10% thinner as needed for application conditions.
• Drying & Polishing: Offers quick drying times and easy polishing properties, with excellent results achieved under appropriate temperature and humidity controls.
• Compatibility: Only for use with Max Meyer hardeners and reducers. Ensure exact matching of hardener speed for environmental and job size optimization.
• Finish: Delivers high gloss and enhanced surface hardness for long-lasting protection and visual appeal.
• Composition: 2K urethane-based system, solvent-borne; contains volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
• Storage: Store in a dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and sources of ignition. Recommended storage temperature: 5°C to 35°C.
• Health & Safety: Contains solvents and is flammable. Use in a well-ventilated spray booth with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves and a respirator. Refer to Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for detailed hazard and handling information.
• Disposal: Dispose of any unused product and contaminated materials in accordance with local environmental regulations for hazardous waste.
