HB Body 1L Brushable Seam Sealer

HB Body S115 is a rubber based brushable seam sealer for bonding metal surfaces and joint fillings. Dries fast and remains permanently elastic. It can be overcoated wet-on-wet by any type of paint system.

• Product Type: Rubber-based, brushable seam sealer designed for automotive applications.
• Volume: 1 litre tin, suitable for medium to large repair and sealing tasks.
• Application: Specifically developed for sealing joints, overlaps, and seams on metal surfaces. Ideal for underbody, wheel arches, and panel joints.
• Drying & Paint Compatibility: Fast drying formula. Can be overcoated wet-on-wet with any type of paint system, including solvent-based and water-based systems.
• Elasticity: Remains permanently elastic once cured, ensuring long-term flexibility and resistance to vibration and movement.
• Application Method: Brush application only. Surface must be clean, dry and free from rust, grease and contaminants prior to application.
• Substrate Compatibility: For use on bare or primed metal surfaces. Not recommended for plastics or composite panels without adhesion testing.
• Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry place between +5°C and +30°C. Keep away from direct sunlight and sources of ignition.
• Safety Information: Contains solvents. Use in a well-ventilated area. Always wear appropriate protective equipment (gloves, eye protection) during use. Refer to Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for full handling precautions.
• Disposal: Dispose of contents and container in accordance with local regulations. Do not pour into drains or watercourses.
