The Colad BodyGuard Paint Suit provides optimum protection against overspray and prevents pollution of the paint job by fibres, dust and lint.
Designed with the user in mind. To guarantee you a full day of working comfort, this updated BodyGuard responds to the experiences of our users. We improved the antistatic capacity with a different type of fabric and redesigned the hood for a better fit.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Category I according to European Directive 2016/425 - Basic PPE protects against minimal risks. Protects against non-hazardous chemicals, like waterbased paints or harmless cleaning detergents.
- Product Description: The Colad Premium Reusable Comfort Spray Overall is a professional-grade protective garment designed specifically for automotive refinishing tasks. Engineered for durability and reusability, this spray overall offers superior protection from paint overspray, dust, and dry particulates while ensuring maximum user comfort during extended wear.
- Application: Ideal for use in spray booths and during automotive painting or refinishing. Suitable for application with non-hazardous water-based paints and harmless cleaning agents. Not intended for protection against hazardous chemicals.
- PPE Classification: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Category I as per European Directive 2016/425. Provides basic protection against minimal risks, such as overspray and dirt particles.
- Size: European Size 48 – approximately equivalent to Small (S). Suitable for users with chest measurements around 94–98 cm and waist measurements around 82–86 cm. For best fit, refer to the Colad sizing chart.
- Material & Design: Constructed with high-quality anti-static fabric to avoid attraction of dust and fibres. Designed for both comfort and functionality, including a well-fitting hood, elasticated cuffs and ankles, and a front zipper for easy wear. Breathable and lightweight fabric offers freedom of movement.
- Reusable: Designed to withstand multiple uses, reducing environmental impact compared to disposable alternatives. Can be cleaned according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Protection Features: Helps maintain a clean paint environment by limiting the emission of fibres or dust from clothing. Effective barrier against non-hazardous particulates and light overspray.
- Safety and Environment: Does not contain hazardous materials. Suitable for safe disposal with general textile waste if no hazardous materials are present on the suit. Always check local disposal regulations.
