• Product Description: The 3M 13MM Soft Edge Masking Foam Tape (09678) is designed for automotive refinishing professionals. It is ideal for masking door apertures, bonnets, boot lids and other contours prior to painting.
• Application: Used during automotive painting processes to mask gaps and edges, preventing overspray while leaving a soft edge that minimizes tape lines. Simply apply the foam tape into the gap or crevice and close the panel to keep it in place during the painting process.
• Size: Tape width: 13 mm (1/2 inch); Roll length: 50 meters (approximately 54.7 yards).
• Material Composition: Made from a flexible polyurethane foam backing with a pressure-sensitive adhesive designed for clean removal and minimal residue.
