300ml Pu Sealer White Cartridge

MHP Seam Seal is a one component polyurethane sealant and adhesive and is ideal for a number of automotive applications. It will permanently seal and stick body panels and trim. Will seal around windows, doors, lights etc. It will stick to most materials such as steel, aluminium, glass and most plastics.

MHP PU Seam Sealer is an adhesive and sealant that can be used on the following surfaces:
•Steel, aluminium, brass, iron
•Fibre Glass and most plastics
•Glass
•Wood
•Ceramics
•Paint

Surfaces should be clean and dry and free from grease. Application: Apply with a standard cartridge caulking gun. 30-60 mins to skin. 24 hours to cure through at 23ºC and relative humidity of 50%. MHP Seam Sealer may be over-painted with most paint systems once fully cured. Can be over-painted once it has skinned if using polyurethane paints.

• Skin Time: Skins over in 30–60 minutes at 23ºC and 50% relative humidity
• Full Cure Time: Cures through in approximately 24 hours at standard room conditions (23ºC / 50% RH)
• Paintability: Can be over-painted with most paint systems once fully cured; polyurethane paints can be applied once the sealer has skinned
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Protect from freezing and direct sunlight
• Environmental Information: Contains polyurethane; ensure adequate ventilation during application. Follow local disposal regulations for PU-based products
